Course description: See sharks with different eyes! This Safari is dedicated to the mysterious sea hunters.

Seminars: an Overview of shark species (classification, evolution, anatomy), the Guinness Book of records about the sharks, the Perfect predator (the sensory organs and reproduction), Shark and human interaction

Presentation: the 10 most dangerous sharks Protecting sharks

Recommended Safari routes: brother Islands, brothers Islands and Elphinstone, Marine parks (brothers, Daedalus, rocky, Zabargad), the reefs of St. Johns.

Course description : Dolphins are always interesovalo people. Learn more about the life of these fascinating mammals and interact with these intelligent animals in their natural habitat.

Seminars: Introduction “About Whales and Dolphins” (taxonomy and evolution), the Guinness Book of Records about dolphins, “Back to the Sea” – adaptation to the sea, “Seeing in the dark” is a sensory system of marine mammals, “Dolphins – the perfect divers?”, Dolphin and human interaction (mind and behavior).

Presentations: Protection of dolphins in the Red sea (WDR).

3. Safari Coral Ecosystem

Course description: the Coral – rocks, plants or animals?Journey greatest naval builders.

Seminars: Introduction to the concept of Ecosystem Coral Reef Types coral reef Builders coral polyps (the synthesis of calcium, predators, reproduction), a Fragile ecosystem.

Presentation: between W of coral reefs in the Red sea (SWR).

4. Safari Fish of the red sea

Course description: What is a fish? For those who want to record in the log book more than “many colored fish”!

Seminars: Introduction to Fish – what is the difference between vertebrates and cartilaginous fish? Identification of the best-known species of fish in the Red sea, How fish breathe under water? (anatomy, sensory organs, reproduction).

Presentations: the Most important family of fish in the Red sea.

5. Safari Dangerous marine life

Course description: Marine life can be dangerous for divers, and swimmers snorkelers. They may bite, sting, burn, can be poisonous. During this Safari, participants are trained to recognize and avoid encounters with dangerous creatures. Emergency procedures and first aid. Required course for every diver and sea lover!

Seminars: Poisonous creatures, Stinging creatures, creatures Burning, Electric fish, Biting creatures.

Presentations: Dangerous marine life of the red sea.

Course description: those interested in small creatures. Learn more about the biology and systematization of marine invertebrates: sponges, jellyfish, flat worms, crabs, sea urchins, starfish and cephalopods.

Seminars: Introduction to classes of marine invertebrates, Who are invertebrates, the Foundations of identification, Reef at night.

Presentations: the Most well-known invertebrates of the red sea.

Description of the course . The ecosystem of a coral reef is home to many species of creatures, offering a variety of partnerships, lifestyles, survival strategies.

Seminars: Partnership (symbiosis, parasitism, commensalism), the battle of the neighbours – why do some creatures support each other and others fighting with each other, Who is protected (the toxins and bitter substances), the Most effective survival strategies (camouflage and deceptive strategies), Biological warfare and chemical warfare, survival of the fittest (reproduction strategies)

8. Safari reef Monitoring (Reef Check)

Course description: do You want to know more about coral reefs? You want to participate in a research study? To join the global coral reef research. This is the most serious international program on monitoring of coral reefs with the participation of marine biologists and recreational divers. The program aims long-term monitoring of selected sites to familiarize the public with the value of coral reefs, threats to their health and ways to protect reefs.

Workshops: Fish as indicators of reef Invertebrates as indicators of reef Substrate, corals, Sponges and other reef Diseases

Presentation: Who are the Reef-Checkers? The Verification method of the Reef Protect Coral reefs!

Price: 199 Euro per person in addition to the cost of the Charter

Discounts for groups: every 16th and 22nd divers for free!

• Safari Reef Check divers must have at least E50 logged dives
